Barbara Donnelly

Barbara Donnelly, a certified Autoimmune Nutrition Specialist, AIP Coach, and Callanetics teacher, is based in Faro, Portugal. She started Callanetics at the age of 18, and over the years, it became her mantra whenever she felt out of shape or in need of self-care and tuning into her body. After her son was born in Kansas City, she became a certified Callanetics instructor and has been running her weekly classes ever since. She later moved to the South of Portugal, where she continued teaching Callanetics.
